Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) - iGaming, Crypto & Sports

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) - iGaming, Crypto & Sports based in United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to shape digital experiences across innovative products in the iGaming, crypto, and sports industries.

  • You will take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and user journeys to production-ready interfaces.
  • The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on UI/UX execution, allowing you to influence products from the ground up.
  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build intuitive and scalable experiences.
  • Your work will directly impact web and mobile platforms used by international audiences across multiple digital products.
  • This position offers a high level of autonomy, creative ownership, and the opportunity to work in a fast-moving technology environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple web and mobile products, from initial concepts through final implementation.
  • Design intuitive user flows, customer journeys, and modern digital interfaces using Figma.
  • Create engaging experiences for products across iGaming, crypto, sports, esports, affiliate platforms, and internal business systems.
  • Design casino and gaming interfaces, including HUDs, bonus screens, menus, and interactive product elements.
  • Build and maintain scalable Design Systems, reusable components, design tokens, and structured UI libraries.
  • Create responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Review developed features to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Improve existing products through user feedback, analytics insights, and continuous design iteration.
  • Participate in product discovery, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions to improve user experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, Design Tokens, and developer handoff workflows.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and digital product development processes.
  • Proven experience designing web applications and responsive interfaces across different devices.
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems and reusable UI components.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney, AI image generation, or AI wireframing tools to enhance design workflows is highly valued.
  • Understanding of modern frontend development concepts, including HTML, CSS, responsive design, component-based architecture, accessibility, web animations, and Tailwind CSS fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, and modern product collaboration platforms.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, esports, crypto, fintech, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
