Help Build the Future of Performance & Recovery
At Resonance, we believe apparel should do more than simply be worn. We're building the world's first Energy Wear brand, combining advanced mineral-infused technology with premium performance apparel designed to support performance, recovery, and everyday wellbeing.
Founded from a deeply personal mission to improve quality of life, Resonance has spent years developing proprietary technology that is now being worn by athletes, health practitioners, and people looking to perform and feel their best. Following a successful launch and significant investment, we're entering our next stage of growth. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead our product development function and help shape the future of the brand.
This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey, working directly with the founders and influencing products that have the potential to redefine the future of performance apparel.
The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Founder, you will lead the entire product development lifecycle across our apparel collections. You'll oversee garment development from concept through to production, manage supplier relationships, drive innovation, and ensure every product meets the premium standards Resonance is becoming known for. This is a highly influential role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on product development and offers the opportunity to build a world-class product function as the business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
