Senior Product Engineer

🚀 Senior Product Engineer | AI Platform | London Hybrid | £100,000–£120,000 + Share Options

I’m working with a profitable, fast-growing technology company building an AI-powered research platform that is transforming how organisations move from questions to decisions.

They already work with major global brands, charities and institutions, and are now expanding the senior engineering team behind their next-generation AI platform.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong Senior Product Engineer who wants genuine ownership, close customer exposure, and the chance to build production AI features from the ground up. You’ll be joining a product engineering culture that is much closer to forward-deployed engineering than a traditional engineering setup. Engineers work directly with customers, shape the problem as well as the solution, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing: • Owning product features from customer conversation through to deployment • Building across frontend, backend and AI workflows • Designing and operating production LLM features • Writing evals, iterating on prompts and debugging agent behaviour • Building and improving RAG workflows, retrieval and agent loops • Breaking down ambiguous product problems into practical, shippable solutions • Monitoring, operating and improving the systems you ship • Contributing to code quality, testing, documentation and engineering standards • Working directly with customers to understand problems and shape product direction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
