Senior Product Engineer

You'd own products end to end and shape how AI gets used across the business.
What you'd own
- products from a rough idea to live: front end, back end, and the glue
- the AI in the product: LLMs plugged into real workflows to kill the slow, manual work
- the live platform, kept healthy, with the next products built on top
- how the engineering and AI function grows from here

What I'm looking for
- a product-minded full-stack engineer who can ship end to end on their own
- someone who has plugged LLMs into real products, not just chatted with them
- startup or scale-up experience comfortable with ambiguity and operates with high-agency
- Python/Django and React/TypeScript, or close enough to pick it up fast

This is a lean sub-20 person team where you'd be surrounded by domain industry experts and you would the engineer that brings products to life that will be used globally.
UK remote with regular (paid) travel to London.
