Fuse Energy

Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We raised $210M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.

We're creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.

We're hiring Product Engineers to join a small, high-ownership product team in our London office. This isn't a role where you'll be handed fully-specced tickets, you'll own features end-to-end, from customer-facing product to internal tools, including shipping consumer-facing AI features into production, working alongside a tight team of web engineers and mobile engineers. Our infrastructure and backend are already excellent; we're looking for product engineers who bring the same bar of craft and ownership to match.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
