Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

A mission-driven company tackling some of the world's toughest social problems. Their AI-powered product is already used by tens of thousands of frontline workers globally. It saves them hours of admin each week, freeing them to deliver more human-centred support. Backed by leading investors, they're growing rapidly and expanding their impact.

This isn't a ticket-taker role. You'll join a rapidly growing product engineering team, doubling in size this year, where autonomy and impact are paramount. You'll own features end-to-end, from ideation with product and design to deployment and seeing real-world use. This is for a Senior Product Engineer who wants to solve complex problems that blend technical challenge with deep user empathy, not just ship code.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
