About Dex
Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.
The Role
This is a profitable, bootstrapped company with significant ARR, on a clear path to substantial growth. They're building an AI-native platform to disrupt a multi-billion dollar market, currently dominated by slow, expensive incumbents. Their bet is on a specialised, fast alternative, already trusted by leading tech companies, global brands, and major non-profits.
You'll join a small, senior team building the core AI platform. This is a true product engineering role: you own features end-to-end, from customer conversation to deployment and operation. You'll translate ambiguous problems into shipped product, without intermediate handholding. This isn't just writing code; it's building and operating the LLM features that power the platform, sitting in customer calls, and taking full responsibility for what you ship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
