Join a rapidly expanding product engineering team. This isn't a ticket-taker role. You'll own product outcomes end-to-end, from ideation with cross-functional partners to deployment, solving complex problems that blend technical and social impact. Expect high autonomy and a bias for action in a team that doubled in size this year.

The Work

  • Drive the full lifecycle of new features for a product used by tens of thousands of frontline professionals, from ideation with cross-functional teams to deployment.
  • Architect and build scalable solutions across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure), leveraging modern technologies.
  • Integrate and optimize cutting-edge generative AI and LLM tooling to enhance user workflows and deliver tangible social impact.
  • Develop internal tools that empower the team to scale operations and support more people efficiently.
  • Tackle complex, non-purely technical problems, ensuring pragmatic and impactful solutions for real-world users.

What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience building and scaling complex software systems across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
  • A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes, make data-informed decisions, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to architect scalable solutions, apply pragmatic technical choices, and adapt to evolving tech stacks.
  • Experience working with or a strong interest in integrating generative AI/LLMs into production systems.
  • Based in London or willing to commute regularly for in-person collaboration.
