Senior Product Expert

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Expert to join our team. You will act as a technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, ensuring effective product lifecycle management and compliance from raw materials through to final product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle management activities to ensure product robustness and compliance
- Act as technical lead for product changes, including:
- New product introductions
- Process improvements
- Transfers between sites
- Conduct product risk assessments, validation, and control strategy development
- Lead investigations into quality events and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Manage cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical expertise across:
- Products
- Processes
- Sites
- Support regulatory documentation and change control processes

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulated (GxP) environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Product lifecycle management
- Manufacturing processes
- Experience in:
- Data analysis
- Research methods
- Risk management
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICH guidelines)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
Desirable
- Proven leadership in compliance leadership and quality assurance
- Experience in pharma operations, retrofits, or new facility startups
