The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Expert to join our team as the technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will ensure effective product lifecycle management and compliance, from raw materials to final product.
Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle management to ensure product robustness and compliance
- Act as the technical lead for product changes, including:
- New products
- Process improvements
- Manufacturing transfers
- Conduct product risk assessments
- Develop validation and control strategies
- Lead investigations into quality events and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Manage projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise across:
- Products
- Processes
- Sites
- Support regulatory documentation and change control

Requirements
Education & Experience
- A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline, particularly in pharmaceuticals or a related field
- Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry and in regulated (GxP) environments
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Product lifecycle management
- Manufacturing processes
- Data analysis, research methods, and risk management
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICH guidelines)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
