The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Expert to join our team as the technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will ensure effective product lifecycle management and compliance, from raw materials to final product.


Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle management to ensure product robustness and compliance
  • Act as the technical lead for product changes, including:
    • New products
    • Process improvements
    • Manufacturing transfers
  • Conduct product risk assessments
  • Develop validation and control strategies
  • Lead investigations into quality events and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Manage projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise across:
    • Products
    • Processes
    • Sites
  • Support regulatory documentation and change control

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline, particularly in pharmaceuticals or a related field
  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry and in regulated (GxP) environments

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Product lifecycle management
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Data analysis, research methods, and risk management
  • Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICH guidelines)
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
