JOB TITLE: Senior Product Lead - Everyday Banking
SALARY: £78,098 - £91,880
LOCATION(S): Halifax or Leeds
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
What you'll be doing
Everyday Banking sits at the heart of how millions of customers manage their money, day in and day out. Within our [Consumer Deposits Platform / Consumer Payments Platform], our teams focus on building simple, reliable, and inclusive banking experiences that customers can trust.
The person in this Senior Product Lead role will be responsible for two exciting Open-Banking powered customer propositions that allow customers to manage all their finances in LBG apps - we call them Connected Accounts and Money Movement.
The person leading these will be able to directly contribute to propositions that will contribute to Everyday Banking and Investment product goals. We have a keen ambition for further growth and innovation built on strong commercial understanding of the impact of these products on key financial levers. You'll shape and implement experience strategy for the product area.

Own product strategy and outcomes

- Champion customer centric, evidence led decision making
Ensure governance and resilience
- Own end to end controls for your product area.
- Ensure regulatory, risk and resilience requirements are met.
- Represent your product in governance and decision forums

What we're looking for?
- A minimum 10 years demonstrable experience owning outcomes for a product, feature or journey
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability
- Confidence using data, insight and experimentation
- Experience working in cross functional product teams
- Awareness of risk, controls and regulation in product delivery

Desirable Skills
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
