We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a critical transformation programme at The Insight Collective.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the COO, you'll take ownership of an established roadmap focused on three key areas:
- Building commercial data foundations
- Automating operational processes
- Delivering AI capabilities that create real business value
- You'll ensure our data, systems, and processes are ready before AI is deployed at scale, working closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and IT.

Requirements:
- Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Martech, or another data-rich environment
- Experience improving CRM, operational, or data workflows
- A strong understanding of automation and AI-enabled products
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
