Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager | FinTech | £85-100k | Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
A FinTech business with almost 50% market share in its sector is looking for a commercially-minded Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager to own the roadmap and growth of an established white-labelled B2B2C mobile app. The platform is already used across the financial services industry, has proven market traction, and is entering its next phase of growth focused on AI, personalisation, and customer engagement.
Salary Package: £85-100k + Benefits
Location: Reading (2 days per week)

The Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager will own the strategy, commercial growth, and AI-led evolution across a data-rich, API-driven mobile app. Working closely with the CEO, product and engineering teams, and key customers, you'll shape the roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and act as the voice of the product both internally and externally.

The Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager will:
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for a market-leading white-labelled B2B2C mobile platform, driving its growth and evolution.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate new features, and translate market needs into scalable product solutions.
- Lead the delivery of AI-powered capabilities, personalisation, and new digital propositions, building robust business cases for investment.
- Act as a product ambassador, supporting customer engagement, pre-sales activities, and presenting the product internally and externally.

The Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager must have:
- Proven experience delivering successful digital, SaaS, mobile, B2B, or B2B2C products within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
- Strong technical understanding, with experience working closely with engineers, APIs, and technical stakeholders.
- AI-literate and commercially minded, with the ability to identify product opportunities and shape strategy.
- Confident engaging with customers and senior stakeholders, with strong presentation, communication, and product advocacy skills.
