Senior Product Manager
Introduction

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our product portfolio, including our groundbreaking brand validation platform, which is transforming business messaging and authentication.
Role Overview
- Location: UK (Remote-first)
- Package: £75,000 plus benefits
- Industry: Telecommunications and digital communications
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for flagship products, with a focus on our brand verification platform and other messaging, voice, and numbering services
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and partner teams to define priorities, deliver features, and ensure product quality
- Build strong relationships with mobile network operators, CPaaS providers, and platform partners, translating their needs into actionable product plans
- Make data-driven decisions on product development, balancing commercial goals with technical feasibility
- Act as a hands-on owner, contributing to product delivery and guiding the team through complex projects

Main Skills Needed
- Minimum of five years’ experience in full-cycle product management, ideally within telecoms or messaging
- Proven ability to define product strategy and develop clear roadmaps that drive growth
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how product decisions impact revenue
- Comfortable engaging with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Organised, pragmatic, and capable of managing multiple products or workstreams
