Senior Product Manager - AI & Legal LLM Applications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, specialising in AI, LLM, and AI agent-driven enterprise applications with a focus on the legal sector.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven enterprise applications, with a focus on the legal domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities.

AI, LLM & AI Agents Expertise
- Guide the development of intelligent, production-ready AI solutions to enhance CoCounsel, our flagship AI legal platform.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless implementation of AI features.

Transactional Applications & Platform Development
- Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications tailored to large law firms.
- Ensure security, usability, reliability, and quality standards are met in high-pressure environments.
- Drive platform development and API integration for scalable solutions.

Workflow & Process Automation
- Design and optimize workflows to boost user productivity through AI-driven automation.
- Streamline processes with an emphasis on legal technology efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on product definition and execution.
- Foster an innovative, collaborative culture while driving continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary product liaison for internal/external stakeholders.
- Translate product updates, milestones, and challenges clearly to diverse audiences.

About You
Essential Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in product management, with a focus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software.
- Proven track record in delivering production-ready AI projects.
- Experience in the legal domain or regulatory/transactional software is a major advantage.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and AI agents with hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of workflow applications and automation tools.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong communication (both written and verbal) to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Office 365 apps.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
