About The Team

Within our Counterparty KYC and Payments portfolio, we develop solutions that address complex customer challenges and improve efficiency. Our products combine technology and analytics to help a global customer base manage risk and enhance operational performance.

About The Role

As Senior Product Manager for Counterparty KYC, you will define and lead the strategy and vision for the Counterparty KYC product. You will manage roadmaps and collaborate with customers, technology, and data operations to ensure ongoing application performance and support delivery from concept to execution.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring collaboration across globally distributed teams including technology, design, sales, marketing, and delivery. You will focus on customer-centered, commercially viable product innovation in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product strategy across Counterparty KYC products
  • Lead product planning, roadmap development, and execution of data-driven initiatives
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Act as a product ambassador internally and externally, including at industry events
  • Analyze market and industry trends to inform product strategy and long-term direction
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and support informed decision-making
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and ensure products deliver customer and commercial value

Requirements

  • Experience managing software, data, or payments products within Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning products or significant features across the full product lifecycle
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with experience engaging customers to shape product decisions
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and prioritization
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating across a global organization
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including with senior leaders
