About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the offering management function of the assigned category. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business. You will report directly to Senior Director Global Portfolio Management, and you will work from either the UK or Germany locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the offering management function and drive the development and execution of offering strategies for the global Circuit Protection Devices portfolio
- Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
- Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Product P&L Management
- P&L management to meet Annual Operating Plan – revenue, price, cost, productivity
- Product Line PAC MOS with escalation support to barrier resolution including delivery and quality
- Product Strategy through technology investment and product roadmaps
- Integrating and driving Connected solutions/offerings/business models
- New Product Development oversight and resource prioritization
- Drive VCM / Gross Margin, Pricing, Cost Take-Out and Cost Management – e.g., design to cost, supplier negotiation, sourcing strategy and support make-buy strategy
- Working Capital / Inventory – Value Stream Analysis, Order Policy alignment, SIOP

Strategy & Planning
- Integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes; Be competent in microeconomics, finance, VOC, research and analysis and basic marketing toolkit (market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing)
- Promote strong market orientation and influence strategy formulation and investment decisions
- Own the product planning process including new product additions working with RD&E and ISC, Sales; sunset current products; develop and manage product roadmaps linked to segments, customer needs and willingness to pay; product positioning linked to distinctive understanding of competitive offerings and value; product value pricing; SKU management
Value Management / Value Pricing
- Design Voice of the customer research (VOC); understand segmentation; understand value elements critical to customers; calculate value equations; target value propositions to customer segments
- Understand transactional pricing tool kit and analytical techniques; understand pricing waterfall tool; execute waterfall analysis and drive to actions with financial results
- Deep experience applying value pricing toolkit; promote use of value pricing
- Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customer’s next best alternative
- Drive value pricing discipline in the business; drives tool development and learning; lead implementation of value pricing
- Partner with Business Pricing Leader to execute pricing strategy
Customer Relationship Management
- Link between technology/product lines and customers; ability to communicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms to cause customer to choose Honeywell offerings based on value delivered
- Strong VOC skill set and ability; meaningful VOC driven to important implications
- Strong knowledge of how to drive value propositions into compelling customer pitches that result in customer orders
Brand and Channel Management
- Assist or contribute to the creation and building of brands; Assist in the brand management; Manage competitive brands
- Consistently works with Customer Marketing to effectively promote and advertise brands
- Excellent job of managing channels with positive results for business
- Clearly demonstrate support for the channel with real programs and value delivered to channel members

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offering management or related roles
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical and market background in the category (Circuit Protection)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with Software as a Service / Recurring revenue models preferred

- Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills / proven leadership skills
- MBA is highly desirable (top-tier school preferred)
