What You'll Be Doing
At Future, we connect hundreds of millions of people monthly with content they love. Our Commercial Product team is responsible for building solutions that maximise value for our advertising clients while preserving user experience.
As our Senior Product Manager reporting to the Product Director, you will drive the development and evolution of this commercial offering and lead on the global vision and roadmap for Optic, our pioneering Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) product. This is a high-visibility, high-energy role where you will champion next-gen LLM capabilities, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and global sales leaders to scale this vital, fast-growing revenue line.
Visionary Strategy & Execution
- Define, align, and champion the global strategic roadmap for our flagship GEO product, Optic
- Evaluate and prioritise the most impactful features, balancing competing ideas while building fast loops to test, iterate, and scale
- Build strong investment cases for major product initiatives, moving rapidly from concept to high-impact execution
- Partner with data and GTM teams to track, analyse, and celebrate the commercial performance and value realisation of each product launch
Dynamic Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with audience, data, UX, and engineering colleagues to drive value from Optic at pace
- Act as the strategic anchor for internal stakeholders globally, inspiring platform adoption, gathering feedback, and iterating for maximum impact
- Partner closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to successfully embed new capabilities and propositions across the global business
- Translate AI and GEO business requirements into clear, actionable delivery items for engineering teams

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
- Experience working as a Product Manager
- Experience building a front-end user-facing platform
- A solid grasp of SEO dynamics and a keen interest in the evolving world of GEO, AI, and LLMs
- A natural ability to champion multiple high-stakes workstreams without losing momentum or focus
- Proven success in translating a broad digital strategy into a concrete, high-performing product roadmap
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that align stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for metrics and data-led decisions, using data to validate ideas, spark innovation, and prove bottom-line value

- The expected range for this role is £60,000- £65,000
- This is a hybrid role and can be performed working two days per week from either our Bath or London Paddington office.
