About SINGU At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business. Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started. Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus. If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to own a product, not a backlog – someone ready to lead discovery, shape strategy, and ship outcomes alongside a Tech Lead and Designer in a true product trio. Requirements Must-haves: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development, using AI-powered tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery. Proven track record of leading product discovery across multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps. Strong commercial awareness: ability to partner with Sales and align product decisions with revenue and retention goals. Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, querying product analytics, and using quantitative evidence to drive decisions. Excellent stakeholder communication: able to frame trade-offs and build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences. Nice-to-haves: Experience working in empowered product trios (or similar cross-functional squads) with engineering and design. Experience in healthcare, public sector, or government-adjacent markets. Hands-on experience contributing to go-to-market strategy (positioning, pricing, or launch planning). Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments. Role Summary You'll own one of SINGU Group's core products end-to-end: strategy, discovery, and outcomes. Working day-to-day in a product trio alongside a Tech Lead and a Designer, you'll have real autonomy to understand customer problems deeply, decide what to build, and prove it works. We want you to lead with evidence, challenge assumptions, and make product bets that move the business. You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional peers across the SINGU Group to ensure your product drives revenue and solves real problems in the European market.

Why join SINGU? Real ownership: you own a product, not a backlog. Strategy, discovery, and outcomes are yours. Modern product culture: we work in trios, practice continuous discovery, and ship to learn. Impact at scale: SINGU Group's products serve the UK market across healthcare, public sector, and beyond as part of the SINGU Group. Growth: a senior IC track with visibility across the Group and room to shape how product management works here. If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
