Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our innovative platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products.
- Proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
