Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 base + £70,000 OTE

Location: London - Hybrid

Are you a Senior Product Manager looking for the chance to shape, drive, and influence a brand-new digital product from the ground up?

Do you want to play a key role in defining long-term product strategy while helping scale and grow the wider product function?

We're supporting a fast-growing organisation that is expanding its product portfolio and launching a new, high-impact platform. They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work closely with senior leadership - including the Product Director and Chief Product & Technology Officer - to define the future roadmap and accelerate product development.

What You'll Do

As Senior Product Manager, you'll focus on a newly created digital product, collaborating closely with sales and engineering, you'll:

  • Own and develop the product roadmap

  • Use data and technology to shape new features and drive growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define product direction
  • Influence cross-functional teams and champion customer-centric product thinking

Success in this role requires resilience, confidence, and the ability to manage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.

To be successful as the Senior Product Manager, you'll need to have:

  • Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager within SaaS environment working with sales and engineering
  • Experience owning and developing complex, user-facing products
  • Ability to manage external partners while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • A confident, influential approach to working with senior stakeholders
