Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager – Virtual Agents

Remote or hybrid (Remote/London office)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing AI startup on a mission to help midmarket businesses transform how work gets done.

We’ve built a factory for custom operations agents. Our Virtual Agents are software workers powered by AI reasoning, capable of completing complex workflows end-to-end—directly in customer tools. There’s no need for technical integration, process change, or upfront cost. Onboarding is white-glove and takes just days, while customers pay only for delivered value.

This makes Virtual Agents the lowest-risk way to automate complex manual work, and Unitary the first company to deliver Palantir-grade AI deployment with software-like unit economics. This enables us to reach the midmarket at scale.

Currently, we’re focused on:

  • Commercial insurance
  • Marketplaces
  • Primary healthcare

But our Virtual Agents have the potential to revolutionise workflows across industries.

We’ve recently raised $15M in Series A funding (2024), backed by top AI investors (Plural and Creandum). Our clients include Substack, Trustpilot, Depop, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and many more.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded startup at a pivotal stage, helping to turn frontier AI technology into real-world value.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape Virtual Agents as the product scales.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll have leadership ownership over a core part of the Virtual Agents product—covering:

  • Core automation technology
  • Customer experience
  • Onboarding and human-in-the-loop operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
