Job Description
A Senior Product Manager oversee(s):
- A portfolio of products with shared value propositions, or a single complex/high-risk/sensitive product.
- Product quality and value through strategy, tactics, and lifecycle management, including collaboration with other functional teams on programme activities.
You’ll lead a digital ecosystem of self-serve tools that enable statutory objectives and long-term strategic goals, including:
- CRM and CCaaS integration to improve customer insights, engagement, and service delivery.
As the key bridge between strategic/operational stakeholders and the Technology & Change Team, you’ll:
- Develop, manage, and optimise digital customer journeys and multi-channel experiences.
- Work closely with stakeholders, system/platform users, and the MaPS Product Community.
- Leverage experience with platforms such as CRM, CCaaS, and customer data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities
At this level, you’ll:
- Lead product lifecycles from discovery to development, delivery, and obsolescence.
- Make quality and value-based decisions for your products.
- Oversee associate product managers and product managers.
- Directly contribute to recruitment of product managers, associate product managers, and contractors.
