Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to redefine cross-channel customer journeys across two of our premiership venue brands: Mecca and Grosvenor.
The Opportunity
You’ll shape convenient, connected experiences that unite our communities across venues, websites, and apps. Bringing together real-world visits with digital engagement—this isn’t just about preventing ### churn###; it’s about creating coordinated, intuitive, and rewarding customer connections. As a product leader, you’ll:
- Endorse bold strategies that direct the next decade of venue + digital integration
- Eliminate friction where users shift between our onsite moments and online engagement
- Own venue-brigaded digital insights—from check-in apps to virtual loyalty
- Rank Interactive doesn’t do "project management". We don’t run tactical sprints. You’re neither a PMO nor a glorified PRIA victim. You’re a strategic architect, driving discovery → evidence-based wins without relying on outmoded politics.
This is not a cookie-cutter app management gig. It’s leadership in a traditionally analogue industries pivoted toward digital agility—where creativity, laser focus, and a "coach-like" ability to upskill your team are as critical as your own product vision.
What’ll You Do?
Core Responsibilities
You’ll own and grow this strategic area end-to-end:
- Mapping complex customer journeys across physical & digital snippets—identify the key moments that bridge the two.
- Breaking walls between teams (Design, Tech, Data, Venue Ops) to create cohesive experiences that feel seamless without adding headaches.
- Reimagining venue-linked value propositions—turn colourful on-surface needs (like loyalty rewards or digital walk-up services) into behaviourial, measurable ROI.
- Staying niche yet scalable: While we’re focused on Mecca & Grosvenor, the ambition of your work will support any venue brand that joins the family.
- Prioritising ruthlessly: Priorities in every sprint—how do we build what customers need (vs. what they say) across retention, dwell time and spend?
- Experimentation as expedition: Start with hypotheses—let data & iteration build trust so you own the focus, simplify trade-off discussions.
- Bridge-building: Work with every team from architecture to compliance to ensure pockets of excellence become holistic experiences.

- Venue Operations: To understand breakthroughs where “persona’s experience” changes where and when they visit.
- Digital Marketing: To align campaign strategy with omnichannel personalisation.*
- Customer Experience & CRM: Peacefully aligning capabilities; if a checkout cut-off hurts separation, the next sprint has a brand-new user-state.
- Regulated teams (Safer Gambling): Against excessively aggressive, unethical hesitance.
What We Need from You
To excel:
✔ Proven PM identity: Strategic end-to-end PM before especially experienced humanoid hats. ✔ Customer Jaggers: Identify latent needs in big-screenshot moments deep enough to explain why those lists of features fail customers. ✔ Research as your throne: Sufficient data, customer feedback, mystery visits supports your decisions without trading them for treatments we short-sell. ✔ Roadmap as bravery: What do we do when nothing is definitive? Define boundaries that simplify and imply yes, while leveraging equity—solve questions first before signing requests.
