KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AD&D Services Portfolio Management: Take ownership of the AD&D service offerings portfolio across AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud services. Continuously refine and innovate propositions that meet evolving client needs in both financial services and corporate sectors. Ensure our offerings remain market-relevant, clearly differentiated, and tightly aligned to business outcomes for clients. Customer Journey & Revenue Design: Define and own end‑to‑end customer journeys that create long‑term, recurring revenue for Acuity. Design compelling engagement models that move clients from strategy and use‑case envisioning through PoCs, MVPs and scaled product engineering, and into ongoing managed services where appropriate. Shape delivery journeys that intelligently leverage onshore, nearshore and offshore resources, balancing client outcomes, regulatory needs, speed to value and commercial sustainability. Ensure propositions clearly articulate how AI, data and digital initiatives evolve into durable platforms, products and services rather than one‑off engagements. AI Narrative: Articulate a cohesive AI story for both financial services and corporate clients. Leverage our proprietary agentic AI platform (AgentFleet) (designed for regulated financial use-cases) alongside general AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and cloud AI platforms to create end-to-end narratives. Highlight how our I&A analysts and domain experts identify high-impact use cases, which our AD&D team then delivers through automation and AI “factory” rollout. Ensure this AI narrative clearly drives demand for data engineering, digital solutions, enterprise AI and cloud services across our business. Microsoft Partnership Propositions: Lead the evolution of our Microsoft-aligned propositions for both corporates and financial institutions. Build service offerings that incorporate Microsoft’s AI and cloud technologies (Azure, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Fabric, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, etc.) in a way that addresses industry-specific challenges. Develop vertical propositions (e.g. AI-powered research platforms for banking, intelligent automation for asset managers) and horizontal tech solutions (e.g. cloud data platform accelerators, enterprise Copilot integration services). Ensure these offerings are “co-sell ready” with Microsoft – aligned to Microsoft solution areas and attractive for joint go-to-market. Work closely with our Microsoft Alliance leader based in the States and our Head of Microsoft Innovation Unit in the UK. Sales Enablement & Alliance Support: Work closely with sales teams, account directors, alliance managers, and marketing to successfully take propositions to market. Enable our sales force to sell new offerings by providing training, playbooks, and direct deal support. In key client pursuits – especially those involving AI solutions or Microsoft technology – serve as a subject matter expert and advisor, helping shape proposals and messaging. Collaborate with the Microsoft alliance lead to drive co-sell activities, joint marketing campaigns, and ensure our Microsoft partnership delivers revenue growth in the UK and new regions (e.g. DACH, US, APAC). Market Insight & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, data and digital transformation across both financial services and other sectors. Gather feedback from clients, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve and adapt the portfolio. Monitor competitor offerings and adjust our propositions to maintain a competitive edge. Be a thought leader who can internally champion new ideas and externally represent our capabilities at industry forums or with clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate effectively in a consulting and services-led organization, collaborating with practice leads, data scientists, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure our propositions are not just visionary but also deliverable and profitable. Balance innovation with practicality – define clear scope, delivery approach, and value metrics for each proposition. Work with Insight & Analytics (I&A) colleagues to integrate our research/analytics services with technology offerings, creating combined value propositions that competitors can’t easily replicate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:

Product Management Expertise: Proven experience (8+ years) in product management or offering management within technology consulting, digital services, or enterprise software. You have a track record of developing and launching service offerings or products from concept to market success. Experience in AI/ML, data analytics, or digital transformation services is highly desirable. Domain Exposure: Financial Services & Corporates: Experience serving both financial services and corporate clients is essential. You understand how to position solutions in regulated environments like banking or asset management, and you appreciate the broader enterprise needs of corporates across industries. This dual exposure enables you to tailor propositions and messaging to different contexts (e.g. addressing a bank’s data governance concerns vs. a corporate’s productivity goals). AI & Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of the AI landscape – including generative AI, analytics, data platforms, and related technologies. You don’t need to be a hands-on data scientist, but you should grasp AI use-case envisioning, data governance considerations, and the principles of deploying AI at enterprise scale (e.g. AI factory/centre of excellence approaches). Familiarity with popular AI tools & platforms (e.g. large language models, AI Foundry, AWS AI services) and trends in enterprise AI adoption is important. Hyperscaler Ecosystem Experience (Microsoft advantageous): Experience working with or within a major cloud/hyperscaler ecosystem is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft’s Azure & AI stack and partner programmes is a significant plus. Perhaps you have managed cloud-based solutions, worked on Azure data/AI projects, or collaborated in a Microsoft co-sell context. This will help you hit the ground running in shaping Azure/Copilot-related propositions and engaging credibly with Microsoft. Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about market needs and then translate that into concrete service offerings. Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in our portfolio, size market opportunities, and define value propositions with clear ROI. You are adept at researching competitors and market trends, and you use data/feedback to drive decision-making for product/service direction. Excellent Communication & Influence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to craft crisp value propositions and compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences. Comfortable presenting to clients and senior internal stakeholders. You excel at cross-functional influence without authority – aligning teams from sales, marketing, delivery, and alliances around a common product vision. Execution Focus in Services Environment: Proven ability to work in a matrixed, services-led organisation and get things done. You can coordinate initiatives that span multiple teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs (e.g. launching a new proposition playbook or running internal training). A self-starter with strong project management and organisational skills, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution details. Prior experience in consulting firm + MBA or relevant masters degree: Understanding the dynamics of consulting offerings, pricing, and delivery models will be an advantage backed by the academic experience from relevant training / education.
