Who We Are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, a platform enabling organizations that depend on physical operations to harness IoT (Internet of Things) data for actionable insights and operational improvements. At Samsara, we focus on enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of industries like agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—critical sectors representing over 40% of global GDP. We strive to digitally transform these operations at scale through solutions like Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.

As a publicly traded company, you’ll enjoy autonomy and long-term impact, helping shape the future of physical operations on a team committed to building robust, scalable products.

[About the Role: Senior Fuel & Energy Product Manager]](#)

Fuel and energy costs are among the largest controllable expenses for fleets, yet most operators still rely on incomplete data and disconnected tools. Samsara taps into real-time fleet operations to create the next generation of cost-optimization and energy-management products.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a product area end-to-end, turning operational data into solutions that help fleets reduce fuel spend, drive efficiency, and transition to electric vehicles. Your focus could cover:

  • Fuel cost optimization (fuel cards, bulk fuel, partner programs)
  • Fleet efficiency and sustainable practices
  • EV adoption strategies
  • Operational cost intelligence

This hybrid role blurs boundaries between product, engineering, design, data science, and business development—letting you own vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating across teams to embed Samsara’s telematics platform as a cost-optimization and energy-management engine used by the world’s largest fleets.

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants based in the United Kingdom.

Key Qualifications

You want to:

  • Contribute to the digital transformation of the physical economy, reducing fuel waste and operational costs for thousands of fleets.
  • Have full ownership ("ship-or-drop") over your product area’s vision, roadmap, and execution.
  • Relish ambiguous, open-ended challenges with no existing playbook—especially in AI-powered workflows.
  • Operate in a candid, experimental culture where failure is a learning opportunity, and truly great ideas come from transparency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
