Senior Product Manager – Cyber Resilience and Data Protection Services

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Product Manager to take commercial ownership and lead the direction of our cyber resilience and data protection services within WorkNest Secure. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to innovate and improve, leveraging AI where it adds value, to maintain a strong competitive position and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled cyber resilience, data protection services.
  • Be accountable for the commercial success of the product, including defining and tracking success metrics for roadmap initiatives.
  • Lead product discovery, to identify and validate customer pain points. Including use of customer research, competitive analysis, and emerging AI/security trends.
  • Leverage AI/ML to create additional differentiation when addressing customer problems.
  • Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to validate problems and ensure solutions deliver measurable impact.
  • Shape product roadmaps based on customer outcomes and objective prioritisation metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing & sales to deliver solutions that are usable, reliable, and effective.
  • Support product marketing in creating go-to-market strategies with clear messaging that articulates customer value, not just features.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in cybersecurity, data protection, or related domains.
  • Experience delivering products or services that solve real customer problems, not just technical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications.
  • Strong customer discovery, problem framing, and outcome-driven product development skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across technical and commercial teams.
