Senior AI Product Manager | Series C FinTech | London (Hybrid)

A well-funded Series C fintech is hiring an experienced product manager into an established AI team, to own a product surface and drive it toward agentic workflows.

The company delivers data and analytics for institutional finance, trusted by leading banks and asset managers. AI here isn't a bolt-on. It's the core of the product, already live with real users, with the evaluation frameworks and engineering squads already built.

You'll own a product area within a core product squad, embedded with an Engineering Lead, a Product Designer and 4-5 engineers. Your job is to ship features that save users hours of manual research and move core engagement, and to shape the next wave of agentic products.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for a core AI product surface.
  • Build agentic features: multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, autonomous task completion.
  • Partner daily with ML engineers and data scientists on probabilistic systems.
  • Use the team's LLM-as-judge and SME evaluation cycles to hold output quality.
  • Interrogate model outputs and usage directly in Python notebooks and SQL.
  • Translate AI capabilities and limits clearly for non-technical stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in product, 2+ shipping GenAI, ML or agentic products to production.
  • Real working knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation. This is the bar, not passing familiarity.
  • Enough Python and SQL to inspect model outputs yourself.
  • Evidence-led decisions that balance user needs against engineering constraints.
  • Comfort managing the tension between ML research and production deadlines.
