Role Description We’re hiring a hands-on Senior / Lead Product Manager to help drive product execution and feature velocity across our AI platform. This is a player-coach role for a strong individual contributor who can work closely with leadership, engineering and design, maximising in-house subject matter expertise to turn complex customer and domain insight into clear product requirements, sprint-ready tickets, and shipped features. You’ll own roadmap execution and ensure the team is consistently building high-quality product at pace.

What you’ll be doing Own and drive roadmap execution across our AI product platform, ensuring priorities are clear, scoped, and delivered at pace. Work closely with the engineering, design, SMEs to turn complex domain insight into clear product requirements. Translate feedback into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tickets. Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, release planning, and day-to-day product delivery. Ensure engineering and design have the clarity needed to build efficiently Help shape the roadmap by identifying the highest-impact features, workflow improvements, and AI capabilities to build next. Work with customer-facing teams and selected customers to gather feedback, validate requirements, and improve adoption

Requirements 4+ years’ experience in software product management, product ownership, or technical product management. Experience managing SaaS products sold to enterprise or complex B2B customers. Proven ability to turn ambiguous input into clear requirements and shipped features. Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation. Strong understanding of agile software development and experience driving sprint execution with engineering teams. Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding trade-offs Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where pace, ownership, and pragmatic decision-making matter. Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Experience with conversational AI/agents, workforce productivity, training or engagement platforms Experience in HealthTech, Life Sciences, MedComms, or another regulated enterprise environment.

About you You are a hands-on product operator who likes turning ambiguity into clarity. You are comfortable working with customers, SMEs, engineers, designers, and commercial teams, then turning that input into product decisions and shipped features. You are structured, delivery-focused, commercially aware, and comfortable pushing for pace while maintaining high product quality.
