WorkNest – Senior Product Manager (Cyber Resilience & Data Protection)


About the Role

WorkNest, a fast-growing arm of Axiom GRC, combines deep expertise in Employment Law, HR, Health & Safety, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and ISO compliance. Driven by pragmatic advice and innovate technology, WorkNest is scaling rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth—now targeting £250m in revenue with a >25% CAGR.

We are hiring a strategic, results-driven Senior Product Manager to take commercial leadership of our cyber resilience and data protection services within WorkNest Secure. This role will lead innovation, leverage AI where meaningful, and secure a competitive edge while fostering sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled cyber resilience and data protection services.
  • Align on commercial success metrics, ensuring roadmap initiatives deliver measurable value.
  • Lead customer discovery, including research, competitive analysis, and AI/security trend assessment, to validate pain points.
  • Use AI/ML insights to differentiate solutions against customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to shape outcomes-driven solutions.
  • Shape roadmaps based on customer outcomes and objective metrics, not assumptions.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions.
  • Support product marketing in crafting clear go-to-market strategies, focusing on value over mere features.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance.
  • Experience solving tangible customer challenges, not delivering pure technical features.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and their integration into products/services.
  • Strong customer-centric product development skills, rooted in problem-solving and outcome thinking.
  • Superb stakeholder management, with influence across both technical and commercial teams.
