At RAC, we're on an exciting digital transformation journey. We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining and delivering digital products that create outstanding customer experiences while driving meaningful commercial outcomes.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial product area, influence digital strategy, and work alongside talented designers, engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver products that make a real difference to millions of customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a product strategy that delivers measurable customer and commercial outcomes. You'll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition through to delivery, launch and optimisation.

Digital products at the RAC are evolving fast. We're integrating AI and machine learning across the customer journey - from intelligent breakdown triage and automated dispatch to personalised member experiences - and we need product leaders who can help us do that well. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of emerging technology and real customer need, helping us move from exploration to execution on some of the most impactful initiatives in our digital roadmap.

Flexible hybrid working arrangements available

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining product strategy, vision and roadmaps aligned to RAC's commercial objectives
  • Setting clear customer and business outcomes for your product area and measuring success against agreed KPIs
  • Leading discovery activities to identify opportunities, validate solutions and prioritise development effort effectively
  • Translating complex business challenges into clear product initiatives and actionable roadmaps
  • Developing detailed requirements and collaborating closely with stakeholders across commercial, operational, regulatory and technology teams
  • Working with cross-functional squads of designers, engineers and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions at pace
  • Leveraging data, customer research and insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvement
  • Evaluating product performance post-launch and optimising based on customer behaviour and business impact
  • Ensuring products meet customer needs, business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to align business and product strategies
  • Staying up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity
  • Supporting and potentially line managing Product Managers and Product Owners, helping them develop and thrive

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
