£80k - £90k + Bonus
Are you a Senior Product Manager with a background in asset management who enjoys being close to both customers and product delivery?
I'm working with a fast-growing fintech that's transforming how investment firms manage and leverage complex data. They're looking for someone to take ownership of a business-critical product, driving its strategy, evolution and market success.
What you'll be doing
You'll own the product from end to end, working across the full lifecycle-from customer discovery and solution design through to delivery and go-to-market.
This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll:
- Own product strategy, roadmap and commercial direction.
- Work closely with customers, leading workshops, demos and helping shape the product proposition.
- Partner with engineering on user stories, backlog prioritisation, acceptance criteria and product delivery.
- Work with complex data models and data-driven products, solving real customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver an exceptional product experience.
- Champion modern, AI-enabled product practices and embrace AI tooling to improve delivery and innovation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
