Senior Product Manager | AI Platform & DevTools | UK (Remote-First)
We’re working with a profitable B2B SaaS scale-up that’s building the market-leading design system platform to document, deliver, measure, and manage design systems in one central hub.
Backed by top-tier investors like Adobe and Y Combinator, they are trusted by thousands of companies globally, including 20% of the Fortune 100. As they prepare for the next phase of growth, they are embarking on a massive strategic mission to build the AI-era design systems platform, with an exciting focus on autonomous coding agents.
They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to focus on this "agentic AI" platform mission while maintaining a strong appreciation for frontend user experience, usability, and developer-to-designer workflows.
What you’ll do
- Own the Agentic AI Roadmap: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, designing the API infrastructure and data quality standards that allow autonomous coding agents to seamlessly consume and interact with design systems.
- Bridge the Gap Between Design & Code: Work closely with engineering and design to build integrations, design tokens, component libraries, and developer-facing platform capabilities.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Translate highly visionary and ambiguous AI concepts into a stable, structured, and robust platform roadmap that engineers love to build and users trust.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
