Senior Product Manager – Shaping World‑Class Customer Experiences at Evri

Join us as a Senior Product Manager – Customer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that connect Customers, Clients and Couriers through seamless, intuitive and self‑serve digital experiences.

This is a key leadership role within our Customer & Client pillar, supporting the Principal Product Manager and guiding product teams to deliver against strategic goals while continuously improving the end‑to‑end customer journey.

This is a remote role with travel when required.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Evri, you’ll own and lead complex, high‑value products from discovery through to delivery and beyond. You’ll combine deep customer understanding, data‑driven insight and strong commercial awareness to shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps and deliver outcomes that matter.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data and operational teams, acting as a subject‑matter expert for your product stream while also coaching and supporting Product Managers within your area.

Your focus will always remain firmly on the customer – understanding their needs, frustrations and behaviours, and translating these insights into clear product direction and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Principal Product Manager in shaping strategy for the Customer product pillar.
  • Define and own a clearly prioritised, outcome‑led product roadmap and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Lead complex products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation to launch, optimisation and retirement.
  • Ensure product OKRs are met and aligned to wider value stream and company‑level objectives.
  • Champion continuous discovery and continuous delivery, using user research, experimentation and analytics to validate ideas.
  • Use product data and insights to track performance, inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for your value stream, with a strong understanding of customers, competitors, market trends and technology.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure consistency in user experience, architecture and delivery principles.
  • Support and coach Product Managers, helping them grow capability, confidence and ownership.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, tailoring messages to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Contribute to building a high‑performing, customer‑obsessed product culture.

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering complex, customer‑facing digital products.
  • Strong experience working in a product‑centric, agile environment with cross‑functional teams.
  • A customer‑first mindset, with hands‑on experience in user research and customer engagement.
  • Confidence using data to guide decisions, prioritisation and performance measurement.
  • Experience defining and delivering against product OKRs and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to manage and communicate a product roadmap with clarity and impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting, mentoring or leading other Product Managers.
  • Naturally curious, analytical and outcomes‑focused, with a bias for action.
