Job Description
More about our mission and what we offer.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Wise Account team in London to lead Account Discovery—the product area responsible for helping customers unlock the full value of their Wise Account.
You'll own the strategy for how customers discover, adopt and deepen their use of Wise across spending and saving. Your mission is to guide customers from their first successful use case through to becoming engaged everyday account customers by creating intuitive, personalised discovery experiences across the product.
You'll work across multiple product teams to build the systems, surfaces and recommendations that connect customer journeys, helping people discover what's most relevant to them at the right time. This includes everything from onboarding and navigation to dynamic recommendations and lifecycle-aware product guidance.
Here's How You'll Contribute To Wise
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for Account Discovery, helping customers discover, adopt and repeatedly use the most valuable parts of Wise.
- Build the discovery platform that powers recommendations, onboarding and feature discovery across multiple product surfaces.
- Increase adoption of key spending and saving behaviours by improving first-use activation, cross-use-case expansion and repeat usage.
- Partner closely with product and marketing teams across Wise to identify opportunities to connect customer journeys and drive account adoption.
- Use customer research, experimentation and data to identify where customers drop off and what nudges or product experiences will help them take the next step.
- Work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts and Researchers to prioritise and deliver the highest-impact initiatives.
- Influence product strategy across teams, creating consistent discovery experiences rather than isolated feature promotions.
- Be hands-on throughout the product lifecycle - from defining strategy and analysing experiments to unblocking delivery and measuring customer impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
