Why we're hiring:
WPP is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Agent Builder, a core capability within WPP Open, our AI-powered marketing platform.
This is an opportunity to shape how more than 110,000 users create, configure and deploy AI agents across one of the world's largest marketing organisations. You'll lead the future of agent creation at WPP, making it easier for teams to build, customise and scale AI-powered solutions — from intuitive no-code experiences through to advanced integrations with LLMs, workflows and external tools.
We're looking for a curious, technically-minded Product Manager who is excited by AI, emerging technologies and the future of agentic workflows. Whether you've built AI products, developer tools, automation platforms or agent-based experiences, you'll be energised by the opportunity to influence how AI is created and adopted at scale.

What you'll do:
Reporting into the Senior Director, Product Enablement - WPP Open, your responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for Agent Builder.
- Shape a seamless experience that helps users create and deploy AI agents with confidence.
- Prioritise the capabilities that deliver the greatest value, from AI-assisted creation experiences to LLM integrations and workflow automation.
- Define success metrics and use data to guide product decisions.
Builder Experience and User Insight:
- Understand the needs of users ranging from first-time builders to experienced developers.
- Use research, analytics and user feedback to remove friction and improve the creation experience.
- Lead continuous discovery, validating ideas and testing new experiences with users.
Technical Partnership:
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
- Explore emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks and integrations that can strengthen the platform.
- Ensure governance, quality and compliance are embedded naturally within the user experience.
Delivery and Collaboration:
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering and Design teams to translate strategy into impactful outcomes.
- Stay close to delivery through planning, demos and launches to ensure the product vision is realised.
- Help accelerate AI adoption across WPP by making it easier for teams to build and scale AI-powered solutions.
What you'll need:
- Experience building products within AI, platform, developer tooling, automation or workflow environments.
- A good understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG patterns and API-driven products.
- Curiosity about how AI agents are designed, built and deployed.
- Experience using data, experimentation and customer insight to shape product decisions.
- Confidence partnering with engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges.
