Why we're hiring:
WPP is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Agent Hub & Catalogue, a core capability within WPP Open, our AI-powered marketing platform. This is an opportunity to shape how more than 110,000 users discover, trust and deploy AI agents across one of the world's largest marketing organisations. You'll lead how the best agents are surfaced, curated and scaled, helping users find the right solutions while driving AI adoption across WPP. We're looking for a curious, technically-minded Product Manager with a passion for AI and emerging technologies. Whether you've built AI products, marketplaces, discovery experiences or developer tools, you'll be excited by the opportunity to influence how AI is adopted at scale.

What you'll do:
Reporting into the Senior Director, Product Enablement - WPP Open, your responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy and Discovery:
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for Agent Hub & Catalogue.
- Shape how users browse, search, evaluate and launch AI agents.
- Use data, research and feedback to improve discovery, engagement and adoption.
- Define success metrics and use insights to guide product decisions.
Agent Curation and Trust:
- Identify and elevate the most valuable AI agents across WPP.
- Define quality, trust and certification frameworks that help users adopt agents with confidence.
- Ensure governance and compliance are embedded seamlessly into the user experience.
Delivery and Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Architecture teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and capabilities that can strengthen the platform.
- Help scale AI adoption across WPP by making it easier for teams to find, trust and use AI agents.
What you'll need:
- Experience building products within AI, platform, discovery, marketplace or developer tooling environments.
- A good understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, agent frameworks and AI-powered user experiences.
- Curiosity about how AI agents are created, discovered and adopted.
- Experience using data, experimentation and customer insight to shape product decisions.
- Confidence partnering with technical teams to solve complex problems.
