Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role focuses on enabling reliable, scalable, and standardised integrations with partners such as restaurants, parking providers, spa operators, retail partners, airport services, and other travel experience suppliers.

You will ensure that provider data, availability, booking, fulfilment, redemption, reconciliation, and operational processes work effectively across the ecosystem, supporting better customer experiences, faster partner onboarding, and more sustainable platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for strategic partner APIs that enable Collinson’s travel experience ecosystem to operate reliably at scale.
  • Define the integration strategy for priority provider categories, including restaurants, parking, spa, retail, airport services, and other travel experience partners.
  • Lead the delivery of API and integration capabilities that support core ecosystem flows, including availability, inventory, pricing, content, booking, cancellation, redemption, fulfilment, and reconciliation.
  • Standardise partner onboarding and integration patterns to reduce bespoke delivery, improve speed to market, and support scalable ecosystem growth.
  • Translate partner, commercial, operational, customer, and technical needs into clear product priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
  • Work with engineering, architecture, operations, commercial, data, finance, and security teams to ensure partner integrations are scalable, secure, supportable, and commercially effective.
  • Use partner performance, operational, and customer impact data to improve integration reliability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen ecosystem performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Proven product management experience in partner APIs, third-party integrations, platform products, marketplaces, booking systems, or travel ecosystem capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of API-led integration, data exchange, partner onboarding, system interoperability, and operational support models.
  • Good technical fluency across APIs, middleware, data flows, authentication, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, privacy, and security.
  • Experience working with external partners, suppliers, or service providers to deliver scalable digital integration capabilities.
  • Ability to translate partner, business, operational, and technical needs into clear product requirements and prioritised delivery plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using integration performance, operational data, partner feedback, and customer impact metrics to improve product outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills in a complex partner and platform environment.
