Purpose of the Job
As the Senior Product Manager for Retail, you will own the strategy, vision, and delivery of our retail proposition across airport and travel experiences.
- You will be responsible for defining how travellers discover, access, engage with, and derive value from retail experiences throughout their journey, while driving commercial growth and customer engagement.
- You will lead the evolution of both our existing retail offering and the future vision for retail within the Collinson ecosystem, identifying new opportunities to create value for customers, partners, merchants, and clients.
- Working across Product, Commercial, Partnerships, Technology, Customer Experience, Data, and Operations, you will define and execute a roadmap that delivers compelling customer experiences, strengthens our competitive position, and unlocks new revenue opportunities.
- This role requires a strategic product leader who combines strong customer understanding with commercial acumen, market insight, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a clear, innovative product roadmap, securing buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end definition, development, and delivery of digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee product launches, collaborating with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Translate business needs into high-quality product requirements and secure alignment across teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights to define new features, optimize existing products, and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
- Continuously analyse market trends, competitor insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital products.
- Experience in product management within a tech-first, customer-centric environment.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to own and drive product roadmaps while aligning with business priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis, market research, and business case development.
- Skilled in mentoring and leading product teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation abilities.
