Senior Product Manager
We're partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed technology business on an exciting search for a Senior Product Manager. The team have more strategic discovery and 'big bet' thinking to do than they have capacity for. This results in work being bolted onto existing squads, causing context-switching and parallel workshops. This hire is a dedicated resource for that strategic discovery — not tied to one squad, but working across the business on larger, more forward-looking initiatives.
This is a greenfield, 0-1 position with a focus on strategic discovery. You will work across new categories with real autonomy to figure out what should be built next.
The team is made up of product professionals from some of the most respected names in UK tech.
The Role
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a defined product area, from opportunity discovery through to launch, optimisation, and scale
- Translate ambiguous business and user opportunities into clear, prioritised, and deliverable product work in close partnership with Engineering, Data, Design, and Commercial teams
- Define, track, and continuously improve success metrics spanning user outcomes, business impact, and product health using data, experimentation, and qualitative research
- Manage trade-offs and prioritisation across competing stakeholder needs, maintaining alignment with broader company objectives while staying close enough to execution to unblock the squad day-to-day
- Actively identify and apply AI where it adds genuine leverage — within the product itself, in the delivery process, and in how the squad operates

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Proven product management experience with clear, personal ownership of meaningful product areas in a scale-up or high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end
- Strong data fluency — using data to make and change decisions, define success, and drive improvement, not simply to report on outcomes after the fact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority across engineering, commercial, data, and design at all levels
- A practical AI mindset — demonstrable daily usage of AI tools, ability to write requirements for AI-powered features, and honest critical thinking about where AI adds real leverage versus where it doesn’t
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex decisions and trade-offs clear to both technical and non-technical audiences, combined with genuine curiosity and a growth mindset
