We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for subscription management backend systems.
- Align product priorities with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with billing, identity, and customer support systems.
- Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and prioritise features based on impact and effort.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and customer operations teams to support subscription lifecycle initiatives.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in backend product management, ideally within subscription or streaming services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs to guide product decisions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong complex thinking and problem-solving skills.
