Senior Product Manager (Capital Markets SaaS Data AI) London / WFH

Are you a tech savvy Product Manager with Capital Markets experience?
You could be progressing your career in an impactful Senior Product Manager role at a market leading FinTech company that provides a highly functional suite of software products to support post-trade processing for clients including most of the financial institutions across the globe, processing around $3 trillion per day in securities lending.
As a Senior Product Manager you'll define and own the roadmap for a growing portfolio of AI and data products, turning strategic vision into innovative solutions that deliver real customer value. Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, you'll lead product discovery to identify opportunities for automation, AI and data driven decision making, translating business needs into a clear, prioritised product backlog for two development teams.
Partnering with Engineering and Technical Leads, you'll drive delivery from concept through to launch, balancing customer value with technical quality, resilience and long-term platform evolution. You'll also champion responsible AI adoption, establishing best practices around governance, privacy and explainability, while working closely with Sales, Marketing and customer facing teams to bring new capabilities to market and ensure successful adoption.

Location / WFH
You'll join colleagues in the City based office, with flexibility to work from home twice a week.
About you
- You have strong Product Management or Product Owner experience delivering enterprise SaaS products, within data-rich financial services environments, Capital Markets preferred
- You have experience of taking products from discovery and MVP through to successful delivery and continuous iteration
- You have strong product discovery experience including backlog management and Agile delivery skills, with the ability to prioritise using data driven frameworks
- You have experience of building customer facing data, analytics or AI products, with a solid understanding of modern data platforms (e.g. Data Lakes / Lakehouses)
- You have a good technical understanding of APIs, software architecture and the product development lifecycle, enabling close collaboration with engineering teams
- You have practical experience using AI tools to enhance product development and decision making
- You have advanced stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences
