Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager (Career Sites), you will work within a broader product team focused on building a world-class career site offering for global enterprises. Career sites serve as the primary entry point for candidates and are a critical extension of our customers’ employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive specific problem areas and initiatives within the career sites domain, such as job discovery, content management, performance, localization, integrations, or enterprise configuration.
  • Contribute to a shared product vision and roadmap defined across multiple Product Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences that meet both candidate expectations and enterprise requirements.

Work Hours & Location

This role is based on the US East Coast and requires starting the day around 8:00 AM ET to enable daily collaboration with our teams in Europe.


What You’ll Do

  • Own defined problem spaces and initiatives within the career sites product area
  • Contribute to a shared roadmap and product vision, working closely with other Product Managers in the domain
  • Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand candidate, customer, and market needs
  • Translate insights into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-performing, enterprise-ready career site capabilities
  • Balance usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences across the suite
  • Define and track success metrics, such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products, or related domains such as:
    • Employer branding platforms
    • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) front-ends
    • Job search/discovery experiences
  • Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in shared ownership models
  • Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints
  • Technical fluency and strong collaboration skills with Engineering partners, including familiarity with:
    • CMS (Content Management System) architecture
    • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for job listings
    • Web performance optimizations
  • Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with global, high-traffic products, including:
    • Localization
    • Accessibility
    • Compliance considerations
