Introduction

As a Senior Product Manager (Career Sites), you’ll work within a broader product team dedicated to building a world-class career site offering for global enterprises. Career sites are the primary entry point for candidates and critical to enhancing our customers’ employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on owning key problem areas and initiatives within career sites—such as job discovery, content management, performance, localization, integrations, and enterprise configurations—while contributing to a broader product vision and roadmap.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Own and drive defined problem spaces and initiatives across career sites (e.g., job listings, candidate experience, localization, integrations).
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences that align with candidate and enterprise needs.
  • Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand candidate and customer needs.
  • Translate insights into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-performing, enterprise-ready capabilities—balancing usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive integration across the suite.
  • Define and track success metrics (conversion, engagement, adoption, performance).

Work Details

  • Based on the US East Coast, requiring early 8:00 AM ET start time for daily collaboration with European teams.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we need:

Core Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Hands-on experience in career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products—or closely related work in employer branding platforms, ATS front-ends, or job search/discovery.
  • Strong product discovery skills and comfort thriving in a shared ownership model.
  • Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints and constraints.
  • Technical fluency (including a basic understanding of web performance, SEO for job listings, or CMS architecture) and a strong collaborative skillset with engineering teams.
  • Clear, confident communication across cross-functional stakeholders.

Plus Factors

  • Experience with global, high-traffic systems (localization, accessibility, GDPR/compliance/reports).
  • Proven ability to lead tech teams, influence product decisions, and drive high-impact outcomes.
