Senior Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join us in Barcelona (Spain) or London (UK).
In this position, you will drive the continued development and expansion of Cortellis Clinical Trials Intelligence within our Competitive Intelligence product team.
You will serve as the core clinical expert on the team, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure our products effectively support the Cortellis audience across all clinical areas, including clinical trial workflows and the broader clinical aspects of drug development. You will also be responsible for supporting successful product launches, driving market adoption, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to maximize product impact and value.
This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical trial intelligence solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, acting as a bridge between clinical expertise and product innovation within a supportive and customer-focused organization.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science or related field, or commensurate industry experience.
- Experience in drug discovery in the Life Science industry, particularly in a clinical R&D environment, with demonstrated understanding of the end to end clinical trial or clinical R&D process.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience working in a global, matrix and virtual environment with cross-cultural clients or teams.
- Experience using AI driven tools to support day to day productivity and applying AI capabilities in product development and enhancement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience producing clear written deliverables and presenting information to internal or external stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have:
- Competitive intelligence or market research background in life sciences.
- Experience developing software products for clinical trial design, operations, or analytics.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Drive Strategy and Execution: Own complex product initiatives from concept to launch, shaping the vision and roadmap for Clinical Trial Intelligence.
- Own Commercial Success: Partner with sales and marketing to drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing to accelerate ARR and market growth.
- Uncover Market Opportunities: Act as the voice of the customer to identify unmet needs, translating deep clinical challenges into high-ROI product innovations.
- Lead Cross-Functionally: Align engineering, UX, subject matter experts, and commercial teams around clear, framework-driven prioritization and strategic goals.
- Elevate the Product Practice: Champion exceptional user experience, and clearly articulate the "why" behind product decisions to all stakeholders.
About The Team
This position will be part of the Life Sciences and Healthcare R&D team and report to the Vice President Product Management based in the US.
The team is responsible for working alongside all key editorial, commercial, marketing, sales, and technology stakeholders to ensure the continued success and growth of Clarivate’s Life Sciences solutions. The team plays a key part in Clarivate’s future R&D and BD&L solutions and supports the wider organization with thought leadership as well as interacting with customers and sales to support new sales, revenue, and retention, gather market intelligence and validate current approaches.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent, full-time position based on a Hybrid working model. The position can be based in London, UK, or Barcelona, Spain.
