About the Role

We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for billions of users around the world. That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. If it touches a consumer, we shape it. We bring deep insight into human behavior, design, and technology to craft experiences that feel intuitive, expressive, and unmistakably Spotify.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product strategy for Spotify’s playback experience, shaping how listening becomes more engaging, rewarding, and valuable for users, creators, and the business
  • Define and evolve the user experience and information architecture across playback surfaces
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Drive innovation across content layers, playback modes, and contextual experiences
  • Translate complex technical systems into clear product direction and user value
  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the experience
  • Align stakeholders across multiple product areas to ensure a cohesive and scalable ecosystem
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, owning scope, alignment, and delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
