How corporates experience MarTrust — and how money moves on their behalf — is at the heart of what we do. In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategy, economics, and delivery of our corporate experience and B2B payments proposition end-to-end. You'll own how corporate customers transact through MarTrust: the platform they use, the payment rails their money travels on, the integrations into their finance stack, and the treasury tools that make their cash work harder. Job Responsibilities: This role owns one of the company's most critical and commercially impactful product domains. You'll lead the strategy, economics, and execution of our corporate experience and B2B payments proposition end-to-end, shaping how customers transact, how the platform scales, and how the business generates sustainable revenue. It's a senior product leadership role with real ownership, high visibility, and direct influence on customer outcomes and company performance. Own the corporate experience and B2B payments domain end-to-end Take responsibility for the corporate platform and B2B payments product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes — from day-to-day reliability of payouts, balances, and reconciliation to longer-term improvements in customer experience, integrations, and unit economics. Turn problems into clear product decisions Work from customer needs, operational realities, and commercial constraints to define problems clearly, explore options, and make trade-offs that balance experience, risk, cost, and scale. Partner closely with engineering Work with engineers to design and deliver corporate platform and payments functionality that is resilient, scalable, and easy to operate. Break complex initiatives into small, testable changes that can be shipped safely. Improve how B2B payments perform at scale Use data to identify and prioritise improvements across payment success rates, settlement speed, FX margin, corridor coverage, vendor and supplier onboarding, reconciliation, and operating cost. Focus on steady, measurable gains rather than big-bang releases. Work across risk, compliance, and operations Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, and operations teams to ensure corporate and payment products meet regulatory and scheme requirements, and that controls are proportionate and well understood. Own outcomes in production Take responsibility for how the corporate platform and payments behave in the real world. Support incident response, learn from issues, and drive changes that reduce repeat problems over time. Set direction and priorities Define clear goals and success measures for the corporate experience and B2B payments domain. Maintain a roadmap that reflects customer impact, business value, and delivery capacity — and update it as you learn. Be a trusted point of reference Act as a knowledgeable, pragmatic voice on corporate payments and platform topics across the company, helping teams understand constraints, trade-offs, and opportunities without over-complicating things. What Success Looks Like Clear and compelling product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes Measurable commercial impact helping grow MarTrust's scale and profitability Corporate platform and payment products that are reliable, scalable, and trusted by corporates, suppliers, and crew Strong cross-functional alignment and predictable delivery Continuous improvement of payment performance, integration coverage, and customer experience

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
