Senior Product Manager

Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and successful delivery of product initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data, analytics, and business teams, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer and organizational objectives. The Senior Product Manager identifies and removes organizational, technical, and operational barriers, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and generate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, launch, and enhance product offerings.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve organizational, technical, and operational challenges that may impact product delivery.
  • Establish and track product success metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Facilitate agile product development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap communication.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments to ensure successful product execution and realization of business value.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap management, and agile product delivery.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, Snowflake infrastructure, and API design is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with data-driven products, analytics platforms, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for product planning, documentation, backlog management, and agile delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives.

Experience

  • Typically requires 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms and leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
