About The Role

Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager.

We are building the world's leading Agentic Decisioning Platform for Financial Services. Our customers use our product to automate millions of critical decisions across lending, anti money laundering, fraud prevention, and many other use cases.

At the core of many of these decisions lies our Decision Engine. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving this critical part of the Taktile platform. You will work closely with engineering to balance the demands of a rapidly growing customer base and collaborate with design to define what data-driven workflow authoring should look like in an agent-first world.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and long-term success for a critical pillar of the Taktile platform
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer-facing teams
  • Translate customer insights into well thought out product requirements
  • Define a compelling long-term vision for your product area and prioritize the product roadmap necessary to reach this vision
  • Balance innovation with a high reliability bar
  • Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration

Who You Are

  • 5+ yrs work experience in Product Management, ideally with some financial services and B2B SaaS experience
  • Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products, and an appetite to deepen your technical understanding. Experience in building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and influence decisions across functions
  • Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through shipping well-thought out product improvements
  • Aptitude and appetite for using data to inform your decision-making. Basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred
  • Hands-on, curious, and willing to challenge yourself and grow your scope of responsibilities over time

Our Offer

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you, and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy that allows you to make an impact and meaningfully impact a critical area of our product
  • Experience a flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo
  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe including the founders of Looker, Datadog, GitHub, and UiPath
  • Enjoy annual offsites where the entire company co-locates to collaborate in person
  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package as well as access to a self-development budget
  • Work at our prime office locations in Berlin or London for three days per week or more

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
