About The Company
At VEED, we're a generative AI company building the AI video creation platform made for social. It's where millions of marketers imagine and generate branded videos, in minutes.
We're powered by frontier models and VEED Fabric, our own image-to-video model. Our APIs also run AI video inside leading creative products.
We're 150 people, $50M ARR, backed by Sequoia. We're hiring. Come help us make AI videos worth posting.
Where And How We Work
At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life.
For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead VEED’s GenAI editing product area, spanning LLM-powered editing, automatic editing, subtitles, and editing APIs.
The editor is one of VEED’s most-used and highest-leverage product surfaces, with millions of videos passing through it. You’ll shape how its capabilities evolve into new AI-powered experiences and standalone products, including APIs used by partners.
Your role is to identify where AI can remove manual work, improve creative output, and create entirely new ways to edit video. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, emerging model capabilities, and commercial opportunity, turning each into focused, well-prioritised product bets.
This is a high-autonomy role with significant scope. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for this area, working closely with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, and partnerships.
What You'll Own
GenAI editing strategy
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI editing across VEED
- Identify where LLMs, multimodal models, and automation can meaningfully improve or reinvent video editing workflows
- Turn emerging model capabilities into focused product bets with clear customer value, differentiation, and commercial rationale
- Maintain a sharp view of model releases, competitor activity, and market shifts, and use it to inform product direction
- Partner with engineering to evaluate models against quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost
AI-powered Editing Experiences
- Own product bets across areas such as automatic editing, subtitles, natural-language editing, text, styling, and content transformation
- Develop experiences that reduce manual work, improve creative output, and help users get to a finished video faster
- Define the right balance between automation and user control
- Own adjacent quality, trust, and compliance considerations, including watermarking and content safety
- Establish clear hypotheses and success metrics, and use customer research, product data, and experimentation to guide iteration

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Editing APIs and platform opportunities
- Identify which editing and AI capabilities should be exposed as APIs for external partners
- Define target customers, use cases, value propositions, and measures of success
- Shape existing capabilities into reliable, composable standalone products
- Partner with engineering, partnerships, and commercial teams on developer experience, packaging, pricing, and routes to market
- Decide when a capability should remain within VEED, become an API, or develop into a broader product opportunity
Roadmap and prioritisation
- Own the prioritised roadmap and outcomes for the product area
- Prioritise rigorously across customer needs, technical opportunities, foundational investments, and commercial bets
- Lead product discovery from problem definition through validation, delivery, launch, and iteration
- Work closely with engineering and design day to day, while aligning research, data, marketing, partnerships, and other stakeholders around the strategy
What You Bring
- Senior product management experience, ideally within a PLG SaaS or AI company, with a proven track record of taking new product bets from 0→1.
- Analytical and strategic rigour, with a track record of using research and data to understand genuine user problems
- Demonstrated ability to own both user-facing features and technical surfaces such as APIs
- Strong fluency in GenAI and LLMs, with sufficient technical understanding of model capabilities and constraints to hold informed conversations with engineering
- Ongoing awareness of the GenAI market and competitive landscape, and the ability to apply that awareness to product decisions
- Ability to translate market and technical knowledge into well-scoped product bets
- Track record of owning roadmap and strategy for a product area, rather than executing against one already defined
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to business and departmental objectives
- Clear, concise communicator with executive presence, able to structure a message and engage senior stakeholders effectively
- A bias for action, with the ability to move quickly and iterate without being precious about being wrong
- AI-native working style, using AI tools to increase personal effectiveness and applying that lens to how users work
